Username and rights
Please contact the Admin User of your database or your own supervisor. Fatman’s helpdesk is not allowed to do any modifications without approval from the Admin User of the database.
Please use the “Did you forget your password” function from the main login page. Please note that by default the Login is your email but it can be created in other format also. If you do not remember the correct login, contact the Admin user of your database or your own supervisor.
Please contact the Admin User of your database or your own supervisor. According to the contract, Admin User is responsible for administration of all logins. Fatman Technical support is not allowed to do any modifications to logins without direct request from the Admin User of the database.
Technical Fault situation
Reload your browser (Ctrl+F5) and delete cookies and try again. Try Login from another device. If the problem still continues, report it to the Admin User of your database who will forward the issue to Technical Support if needed.
Make sure that you are using a supported browser (Google Chrome and Edge). Try with another browser to make sure that the problem is not browser related. Refresh your browser (Ctrl + F5) and delete cookies. Try another device and is if possible also with other internet connection, especially if you are using Frame with mobile connection.
