FAQ – Username and rights
Do you need a new Login for Fatman Frame or do you want to update information of an existing Fatman Login?
Please, contact the Admin User of your database or your own supervisor. According the sales contract, Admin User is responsible for administration of all logins. Fatman Technical support is not allowed to do any modifications to logings without direct request from the Admin User of the database.
Have you lost or forgotten your password?
Please use the “Did you forget your password” function from the main login page. Please note that the as a default the Login is your email but it can be created in other format also. If you do not remember the correct login, contact the Admin user of your database or your own supervisor.
Do you need to update roles or rights of your Login?
Please, contact the Admin User of your database or your own supervisor. Fatman Technical support is not allowed to do any modifications without approval of the Admin User of the database.

Did Fatman Frame give an error page or failure notification?
Please contact Fatman Technical Support by filling this short form.
Other technical problem with Fatman Frame?
Make sure that you are using a supported browser (Internet Explorer is not supported). Try with another browser to make sure that the problem is not browser related. Refresh your browser (Chrome: Ctrl + F5) and delete cookies. Try another device and is if possible also with other internet connection, especially if you are using Frame with mobile connection. Login problems after the password has been verified?
Reload your browser (Chrome Ctrl+F5) and delete cookies and try again. Try Login from another device. If the problem still continues, report it to the Admin User of your database who will forward the issue to Technical Support if needed.
FAQ –production Updates
Problems during the update?
Production update is every second Wednesday between 16.00-18.00. During this time Frame can be used but some functions might be unavailable for a while. Please login again after the update before contacting Fatman Technical Support.

New issue after the last production update?
